Print Individual Statements/Records

In some modules of Maintenance Connection, individual statements are available that provide summaries of the currently accessed record. For example, the Work Order module includes a printable Work Order that provides requisite instructions for technicians. Similarly, the Purchase Order module includes a printable Purchase Order.

In modules in which individual statements are available, a Report tab is included that provides access to the statement. When you click the Preview button, the individual statement is presented in a Report Preview window.

Print available statements:

1. Access the statement you want to print, using the Report tab if available.

   Make sure to review any settings available on the page. For example, in the Work Order module, you can specify whether or not all work orders in the group should be displayed.

2. Click the Print button.

   The print dialog box for your operating system displays, allowing you to set any print parameters.

3. Click Print to print the statement.
